SYNAPSE is built with a privacy-first architecture. Most AI processing occurs locally on your machine using your hardware. We do not store your personal system interactions on our servers.
We only collect anonymous usage statistics (such as application crashes and feature usage frequency) to improve the software. No personal files, voice recordings, or command histories are ever uploaded.
SYNAPSE requires administrative permissions to function as a system assistant. These permissions are used exclusively to execute your commands (e.g., launching apps, changing settings) and are never used for unauthorized surveillance.
